**About the role**
We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Selleys by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
You'll work closely with Senior Management and engage with our Australian and international teams to develop, refine, and execute strategic initiatives. This role is growth focused and will allow you to put your strategic theory into practice.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- ** Data Analysis**: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify and verify external growth opportunities, potential threats, and market dynamics.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Assist in the development of the Selleys strategic plans.
- ** Project Management**: Manage growth projects or workstreams across business units or geographies
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor and track the performance of strategic initiatives.
- ** Financial Analysis**: Analyse financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Assess the financial impact of strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
- ** Presentations**: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, conveying complex data and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, science, engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of strategic planning concepts and frameworks.
- 2+ years at a consulting firm an advantage.
