DXC Practice for Oracle is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. We offer dynamic technology leadership in delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with a comprehensive range of services covering Oracle's suite of applications, platform services, and engineered systems.
The Role
We seek a high-caliber, experienced, and passionate individual to enhance our ERP Cloud capabilities across ANZ. The role involves leveraging Oracle technologies and solutions, aligned with our methodologies, frameworks, and tools. This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne, with consideration for other locations for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will drive strategic client solutions, focusing on modernizing client technology using ERP Cloud, along with delivering business insights and quality assurance on larger projects.
Responsibilities
1. Solution Design: Define solutions, offerings, and go-to-market strategies for Cloud migration and accelerators to Oracle Cloud solutions.
2. Pre-sales: Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, participate in customer meetings, contribute to proposals, and present solutions during bid processes.
3. Practice Growth: Develop and execute a pipeline of work, identify key resources in the marketplace, and build capabilities.
4. Delivery Excellence: Ensure consistent, repeatable project delivery methodologies, provide business insights, and deliver QA services on key projects.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience articulating strategic client solutions using Oracle Cloud offerings.
- Proven track record in medium to large-scale transformation projects.
- Solid experience in providing solution leadership across Oracle Cloud Applications and Platforms.
- Strong background in strategy development, supporting sales and pre-sales activities, and contributing to bids and proposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster collaboration with clients.
