About the Role 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, and more. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Diagnose and locate equipment faults; adjust, repair, or replace defective components as needed. 
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers / end users regarding range of devices, equipment uses, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues. 
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, logic boards, and other components. 
- Perform water damage repairs and data recovery (desirable). 
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. 
- Manage time effectively and work independently. 
- Keep accurate records of work performed (repairs, inspections, parts used). 
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and workplace requirements. 
Requirements 
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in device repair. 
- Strong skills in diagnostics (hardware & software). 
- Proficiency in replacing key components (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.). 
- Experience with water damage repair and data recovery (preferred). 
- High attention to detail and robust communication skills. 
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
