Releaf Dispensary Caloundra—located in the stunning Sunshine Coast—is seeking a motivated, experienced, and patient-focused Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our passionate team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

Your Role
As the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will be a key leader in our dispensary and the driving force behind outstanding patient care. You will:
* Lead daily operations and ensure the dispensary runs smoothly and efficiently
* Support and mentor your team, fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
* Provide expert patient care, including consultations and guidance throughout the medicinal cannabis journey
* Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal regulations
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control across a diverse medicinal cannabis range
* Collaborate closely with doctors and clinic teams to deliver seamless continuity of care
What You Bring
* AHPRA Registration as a pharmacist
* 4+ years pharmacy experience (medicinal cannabis experience highly valued)
* Strong leadership skills with proven team-management capability
* A patient-first mindset, with genuine passion for supporting people through their treatment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
