The role
About the job Speech Therapist | Join an Interdisciplinary Paediatric Team That Works Differently At In Sync Therapy Hub® , we've intentionally built a model where therapy is not separate—it's integrated, collaborative, and shared . We are seeking a Speech Therapist who wants to move beyond siloed practice and be part of a team where joint sessions and interdisciplinary care are the norm, not the exception . What your work will look like: You won't be working in isolation or "handing over" to other disciplines. Instead, you will: ✨ Deliver joint sessions alongside Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists ✨ Collaborate in real-time—adjusting strategies together within sessions ✨ Embed communication goals into sensory, motor, and play-based experiences ✨ Contribute to shared goal-setting and unified therapy plans ✨ Support families through consistent, aligned strategies across the team ✨ Be involved in group programs and early intervention pathways This is true interdisciplinary practice —not parallel therapy. Our clinical approach: We are grounded in: • Sensory Integration (ASI-informed practice) • Neurodevelopmental and play-based therapy • Early intervention and family-centred care • Building regulation, connection, and functional participation Why clinicians choose us: ✔️ Structured support, supervision, and mentoring ✔️ A strong learning culture with collaborative case discussions ✔️ Opportunities to grow within an interdisciplinary framework ✔️ A values-driven team that prioritises quality over throughput ✔️ The chance to do meaningful work that reflects how children actually learn and develop We're looking for someone who: • Is passionate about early childhood and communication development • Values collaboration and shared clinical thinking • Is open to learning and working within a sensory-informed model • Brings warmth, curiosity, and a play-based mindset If you're looking for a role where you can think, collaborate, and practise differently —we'd love to hear from you.
