Job Description
The Beverage Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar areas, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role involves removing glassware from the casino floor, cleaning equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal, and grounds maintenance. The incumbent must ensure that ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods and perform work assignments directed by beverage management.
* Receives soiled glassware, placing items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwashing conveyor belt.
* Responsible for running dish machines.
* Removes washed glassware from automatic dishwasher and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.
* Polishes glassware.
* Returns items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash.
* Responsible for returning glassware to proper departments.
* Responsible for collecting glassware from stationary casino beverage carts.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures, adhere to food and beverage department regulations, and promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
