They are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at their Moonee Ponds store to drive their team to success. ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a fun and enthausic team!
2. Train and coach team members to deliver a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive sales and achieve KPI’s
3. Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards.
ABOUT YOU
5. Proven experience in a retail leadership role
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
7. Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
8. Experience in developing and coaching a team
9. Leading by example and creating a fun and positive work environment
