T&C; Supplies established in 1986 and is a progressive, thriving local family business, retailing in tools and hardware.
As an employee of T&C; Supplies, you may perform the following tasks:
Greeting customers who enter the store
Assist customers to find the goods and products they are looking for
Printing of price change and promotional labels
Adjusting stock counts
Stocking shelves with merchandise
Processing customer refunds
Keep the store clean and tidy
Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
Ensure goods are stored correctly to minimise the possibility of any damage
Lift or carry items for customers as required
Operate cash registers; accept payment via account, cash or Eftpos
Prepare and send quotes for customers
Take special orders for customers for items not normally stocked
Package goods for customers and arrange delivery if required
Price, stack and display items for sale on shop floor
Be aware of health, safety, welfare issues and practices
Count and balance cash registers when required
Ability to carry out physical duties
We are seeking a team player with a solid customer service focus and must be willing to go that extra mile for our customers. Applicant must have an outstanding attitude, be honest, have initiative, show maturity, have good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Preference will be given to applicants who have a sound knowledge in hardware and sales experience or have a desire to work in this field.
Applicants will be selected for interview based on assessment of their application.
