Senior Account Manager

The Role
The Senior Account Manager will manage key client relationships while working closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery and identify opportunities to expand the PMA service offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with strategic client accounts
* Act as a key contact for stakeholders across client organisations
* Lead service delivery across internal operational teams
* Conduct service reviews and manage client performance expectations
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
* Mentor and support Account Managers within the team
Requirements
* Proven experience managing strategic or key client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver client outcomes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
