You will be part of a major Victorian Government-owned organisation, whose role to promote road safety and provide benefits to those who were involved in accidents.
Your new role
The Senior Project Manager will support delivery of Automation use cases by:Leading the delivery and implementation of Automation pipelines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.Collaborating with business teams to manage the pipeline of Automation activities.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure governance approvals and address requirements related to Architecture, Risk, Security, Procurement & Finance.Driving stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Ensuring alignment with Platform owners on Automation best practices and standards to facilitate change across the organisation.
Skills and Experience:Experience delivering and implementing automation pipelines, ensuring alignment with strategy and business needs.5-10 years project management experience. confident delivering multiple concurrent initiatives using Agile, PRINCE2 or hybrid methodologies and can manage scope, budget, risk and quality with discipline and clarity.Effective communicator who builds trusted relationships with senior leaders and partners. You can negotiate, integrate diverse perspectives and drive alignment to achieve outcomes.
