We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading and mentoring a team of Guest Experience Hosts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Guest Experience Hosts to ensure they meet and exceed departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of Guest Experience Hosts, including scheduling guests efficiently to maximize productivity.
* Performance Monitoring: Prepare monthly reports in accordance with company procedures and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Compliance: Ensure all employees maintain current government licenses and work permits as required.
* Marketing: Manage marketing budgeting and cost accounting systems.
