**The Role**:
Our client is looking for an **experienced worker with a background within a big-box retail** store environment. This is the perfect role for all with **retail management experience** to take that next step and join the management team!
**Leadership in the big-box retail industry is highly desired, however management/leadership in other sectors of retail of at least 10+ employees is also highly desired**. Experience in small to mid-sized retail team leadership will be considered also.
Duties include supporting the Store Manager and fellow Management Team in all areas of the business, customer service, achieving sales growth, leading the team within the department, meeting targets and budgets, driving KPIs, stock management, and so much more!
**This role is all about keeping busy, multi-tasking and seamlessly working under pressure! If you're looking for high-volume within a Management role then this is for you!**

- Rotating roster with every other weekend off
