About the Role Act as the primary power user and administrator of key field and workforce SaaS platforms Manage and execute bulk data operations including imports, asset uploads, and operational data changes Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and lifecycle management of operational and asset data Monitor data health, proactively identify issues, diagnose root causes, and collaborate with operations to resolve them Partner with business stakeholders to interpret operational requirements into practical technical and data actions Write lightweight JavaScript-based scripts to support data operations, automation, and bulk change activities Train, coach, and support end users to build capability and promote best practice system usage Maintain platform configuration documentation, records of data changes, and vendor engagement notes Evaluate downstream data impacts before performing changes, ensuring controlled and risk-free execution Manage data change requests through a structured process—from assessment through validation Champion platform capabilities, guiding stakeholders to get the most value from day‑to‑day platform use Collaborate with both technical teams and operations to deliver timely, quality outcomes Skills & Experience • 2 years’ experience in SaaS platform administration, application support, or data analysis • Experience with field service, workforce, or asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, OFS, Maximo, SAP PM, TechOne) • Strong capability in bulk data operations, import/export handling and data integrity checks • Understanding of relational data models and structured data (CSV, JSON, XML) • Ability to write or interpret lightweight JavaScript for automation or data tasks • Proven experience diagnosing data or system issues and communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences • Experience supporting operational teams and translating business processes into system actions • Exposure to field services, utilities, infrastructure or asset-heavy environments highly regarded • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Self‑starter mindset with a proactive, collaborative, and curious approach to platform learning • Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently or within cross-functional teams Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related discipline • Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of formal qualifications • Platform-specific certifications (desirable but not required) • Training or certification in data management, data governance, or business analysis is advantageous • Familiarity with ITIL or structured change management methodology well regarded • Basic SQL or reporting tool experience (Power BI, Excel, or platform-native reporting) About Us ServiceStream is an equal opportunity, ASX‑listed organisation that designs, builds, and operates Australia’s essential service networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure.
