We currently have a
rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our
South Metro home care team.
* Permanent
part-time (0.6 or 0.8FTE)
* Involving
travel across Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel, Erskine and
surrounds.

Your
role:
As an Occupational
Therapist, you will:
* Complete and
manage OT referrals across home and centre-based
services
* Plan and
deliver individual or group therapy programs
* Educate
clients on safe use of aids and equipment
* Collaborate
with and supervise Therapy Assistants
* Attend
multidisciplinary meetings
* Travel between
Bethanie sites based on service demands
* Maintain
accurate, timely documentation aligned with client care
plans
About
You
To thrive in this
role, you'll need to bring:
* Full,
unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Occupational
Therapist
* Experience in
aged care or community services, particularly supporting
clients with dementia
* Strong
clinical reasoning and a passion for delivering person-centred
care
* The ability to
relate to clients and share knowledge that fosters meaningful
change
* High-level
communication, negotiation and relationship-building
skills
* Strong
problem-solving capabilities and confidence in
decision-making
* Capacity to
manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing
priorities
* A
collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with a wide
range of stakeholders
* Valid
driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for
travel across South Metro & Peel region
* Willingness to
uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of Bethanie
* Relevant
vaccinations and a current National Police Clearance (or
willingness to obtain)
