About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Healthy Mind Solutions in Shepparton, Victoria. This is a part-time role that will see you playing a key role in managing all aspects of HR within our growing organisation. What you'll be doing: Overseeing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and employee relations. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to support our business objectives. Providing HR advisory services and guidance to managers and employees. Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation. Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative HR solutions. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar senior HR role. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR principles, processes and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Full COVID-19 vaccination, Employee Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
