You will be part of the leadership team, taking full profit & loss (P&L) accountability and strategic influence for the sales engine, spanning sales, administration workflow and construction.
Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Leadership Team,
You will hold full P&L accountability for the New Homes Division.
Your primary mandate is to re-engineer the growth strategy, optimise the sales funnel, and lead multi-site teams, across sales, administration and construction
Key Responsibilities include areas listed below;
Driving year-on-year growth by refining sales processes, optimising technology, lead conversion, customer service and the customer journey touchpoints.
Market Expansion (Display Homes)
Develop robust business cases to open new and maximise the Display Home footprint programmes.
Leverage your developer relationships to maintain, negotiate, and grow display footprint in Victoria's highest-growth corridors.
Customer Experience (Full Sales life cycle)
Proactively oversee "full sales lifecycle" of a sale (drafting, estimating, permits).
This includes overseeing Administration Workflow to ensure jobs move from sales to construction efficiently, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Operational Integration
Maintain vital working relationships with other areas of the organisation to ensure sales commitments align with supply capabilities and organisational targets and strategies
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will play an integral role in key strategic meetings, driving performance cultures and achieving KPIs.
Profile
You will be a dynamic hands-on Executive who combines the relentless sales drive of a volume builder with the sophisticated commercial acumen.
With a proven track record of scaling operations within the volume residential home building or building materials sectors.
You will be a hands-on leader who understands that brand value is built on service, trust and sustainable, high-performance homes.

Construction/ Home Building Market Knowledge
10 + years in the building industry, you will be across the current opportunities and challenges facing the Victorian construction landscape.
