About You
* Completion of, or progress towards, a Certificate III in Business, and/or relevant experience in the recruitment field.
* Proven organisational and administrative skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* High level of proficiency in information technology and employee management systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels across diverse disciplines, using tact and diplomacy.
* Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through effective networking, with the ability to engage in after-work events to strengthen professional connections.
The successful applicant will be required to:
* Hold a current police check (issued within the last 2 years) and a valid Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or a willingness to obtain one upon commencement.
* Hold a valid NT driver's license.
* Be a permanent resident of Australia.
