We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site teams across commercial, residential, and industrial projects in NSW. If you're a hands‑on leader with strong technical skills and experience managing teams, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead on-site plumbing teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
* Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings.
* Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients on site.
* Mentor and guide apprentices and team members.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Manage resources, tools, and materials on site efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Ability to problem‑solve on site and keep projects on track.
