 * Operate Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platforms daily, including monitoring, dispatch, and performance analysis to ensure reliable DER operations.
 * Manage DER/VPP fleets during NCESS, ensuring compliance with availability, qualification, and performance obligations.
 * Conduct performance analysis and triage operational issues, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.
 * Support CSIP-AUS certification processes by testing and validating technology integrations with external providers.
