About the Opportunity
Working across NSW, you'll support our regional operations by managing commercial activities and financial processes that keep our business running smoothly. You'll collaborate with diverse teams while contributing to sustainable waste solutions that benefit communities and the environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee financial reporting and budget management for regional operations
* Executing the transactional accounting requirements for our NSW business
* Analyse commercial performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies
* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure financial targets are met
* Prepare management reports and present findings to stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in chartered or Big4 environment
* Relevant finance or accounting qualification
* Proven experience in commercial finance or management accounting
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
