Job Opportunity: Case Manager for Mental Health Services
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic Community Mental Health team as a Case Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment process, you will provide case management services within a framework that delivers time-limited, specific, evidence-based, community-focused person-centered care.
* Deliver individual and group-based treatment, manage individual clinical loads, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
* Provide assessments, evidence-based treatment, and case management services to adults 18 years and over referred to the service experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
* Care is provided utilizing the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery, and in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and the NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A relevant tertiary qualification and registration or certification in your field (e.g., Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker).
* Experience working in a mental health setting and providing case management services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
