About the Role
A NSW Government agency is seeking two Senior Research & Evaluation Analysts to deliver research, analysis, and evaluation projects that shape policy and improve service outcomes for Aboriginal communities across NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead research and evaluation projects on policies, programs, and service delivery.
* Identify emerging issues and provide evidence-based advice to senior leaders.
* Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to improve policy and program design.
* Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, and responses for executive or Ministerial requests.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support implementation.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in research, evaluation, policy analysis, or human services.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into practical insights.
* Excellent written communication, including briefing and report writing.
* Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
* Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, community perspectives, and socio-economic issues.
Essential Requirements:Applicants must:
* Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
* Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
* Be accepted by the relevant community
* Must have Current Driver's Licence
* Clearances may be required (Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check).
