This growth has presented an exciting prospect for a Leading Hand/Carpenter to join our South Australian Team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Liaising with and assisting various trades
- Completing and responding to emergency make safe projects
- Compliance with OH&S; processes and procedures
- Conducting onsite measurements and ordering appropriate materials.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and building excellent relationships between JP Flynn, our customers, trade contractors and suppliers
- Working with your team to plan, deliver and assess projects to achieve high quality and deliver to meet set deadlines.
- Assisting with the delivery of the project plans to achieve both the strategic goals of JP Flynn and our customer's rebuilding needs
- Coordinate and provide project specific updates and reports to key stakeholders regarding variations and rectification management.
As the ideal applicant, you will have:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in the building/construction sector (aged care / NDIS / refurbishment experience preferred)
- Multi-skilled Tradesman
- Excellent time management, reporting and communication skills
- Own tools
