We are now seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team, supporting Life-Space Group's portfolio across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in executing strategic brand plans, delivering integrated ATL and TTL campaigns, help driving consumer engagement through to conversion and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a hybrid role based at our Clayton Head Office, with the option to work 1 day from home.
Key outcomes of the role include:
* Support the development and implementation of strategic brand plans, ATL/TTL campaigns and trade promotions.
* Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager, brand team, retail partners and external agencies to deliver brand communications and activations within required timelines.
* Develop marketing collateral, catalogue artwork and trade promotional materials, including POS for key accounts (Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, Coles and community pharmacy).
* Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and secure approvals through internal regulatory teams and external bodies such as AdCheck.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, category trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Support marketing inputs for NPD and EPD projects and contribute to successful product launches.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across internal systems and eCommerce platforms, including SKUlibrary.
* Assist with marketing budget management, raising POs, processing invoices and maintaining a budget tracker.
* Coordinate consumer and trade events, trade shows and brand activations, while participating in company events, conferences and cross-functional initiatives.
About you:

To be successful, you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar.
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing or communications, ideally within FMCG, consumer health or retail.
* Experience supporting ATL/TTL campaigns, trade marketing and POS development highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A collaborative communication style, with confidence engaging internal teams, agency partners and retail customers.
* High attention to detail, a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
