BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing amazing customer service
* Creating the perfect cup of coffee
* Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa's brand standards
* Cleaning and other duties as directed
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing support and guidance to the team
* Maintaining product and service quality
* Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
* Overseeing shift management
* Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
* Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
* Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
* Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
