We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital Innovation Team, reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager. The Senior Data Analyst will lead data-driven initiatives, providing strategic insights to support high-level business decisions & drive organizational growth. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, & performing analyses on large datasets to develop actionable insights to support business decision making. Our Analysts also interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, & provide ongoing reporting. This role also contributes to the improvement of data quality, security, & governance.

Duties:
* Extract & analyse data to identify trends, patterns, & opportunities
* Develop data strategies aligned with business goals
* Deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, & models
* Ensure data accuracy & integrity across key business processes
* Build & maintain visualisations & analytical tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to address data needs & support decisions.
* Contribute to data governance & quality improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
* Proficient in SQL, Excel, & statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS) for data analysis
* Skilled in data visualisation using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities
* Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills
* High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy & integrity
Highly desirable:
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric
* Experience with Snowflake
* Familiarity with data governance & data quality best practices
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
