Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Maintain and grow existing customer base within the territory
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships through regular customer visits and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the territory to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to achieve quotas and objectives
- Manage budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve sales targets
- Report on sales results and forecasting to senior management
