**About the Opportunity**
As the Operations Resource Planner, you will provide logístical support to the production process including labour allocation, payroll and maintenance planning. You will also be able to provide administrative support with document control, course allocation through Training Manager for the Prowine site, identify cost saving opportunities in relation to product sequence scheduling, whilst also looking for continuous improvement opportunities across the business in relation to casual labour.
**A day in the life of an Operations Resource Planner at Prowine**
- Plan labour requirements (casual) based on production schedule for following 24hrs/Week
- Updating daily rosters to comprehend unplanned absences
- Identify and scrutinise waste related to labour costs in the weekly schedule review
- Monitor and challenge efficient use of labour across all shifts
- Daily review of casual labour to identify waste, potentially created by schedule changes
- Update bottle matrices to ensure accurate labour allocation
- Payroll SME to support Shift Managers and departmental problem solving
- Maintain critical personnel data and escalate trends
- Maintain T.P.M. database escalate non conformance
- Develop and maintain tracking tool to support the Shift Managers in labour management
- Support Talent Acquisition activities including planning, advertising, and onboarding, ensuring compliance to corporate policies and budgets.
- Administer sign off requests and issue training documents as provided by Departmental
- Managers or Document Owners to prescribed audiences in Training Manager.
- Drive ongoing continuous improvement actions to support training delivery and reporting.
- Support Production with document control and Kissflow requests by updating, modifying and releasing documents as required.
- Adhere to business procedures to embed safety, quality and sustainability into the culture and ways of working
