Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Brendale, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to start their career in a dynamic production environment. Note: This is a Full Time hands-on role that involves manual handling, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
The Role
You’ll be trained to work in our compounding laboratory where precision, teamwork, and care are key.
Tasks include:
* Compounding: Learning how to prepare medications following strict formulas and quality standards.
* Formulation: Measuring, mixing, and assembling ingredients for personalised prescriptions.
* Quality Checks: Supporting pharmacists in ensuring every product meets our high standards.
* Inventory Support: Helping manage stock so production runs smoothly.
* Safety & Compliance: Following all safety and hygiene procedures — no shortcuts here!
