This is a parental leave contract, to run from early Feb 2026 through until end Feb 2027. The role will primarily be based in Wollongong, with some hybrid work.


What will the job involve?

* Being a key support to the ABC sales team in regard to winning new customers and managing existing customers.
* Develop strong customer relationships with all key customer contacts, ensuring that we consistently deliver on all requirements, and any issues are escalated promptly where needed.
* End‑to‑end coordination of all customer contracts, for both new customers and existing customer re‑signs.
* Supporting the sales team with pricing updates.
* Setting up new customers and maintaining existing customers in our ERP system (Netsuite), ensuring accurate data and all documents saved digitally.
* Supporting the sales team by liaising with all internal stakeholders where required for new customer needs.
* Onboarding of new customers, specifically coordinating equipment orders and parts to be present onsite and POS / other ancillary items.
* Support with any required asset movements to keep asset data up‑to‑date at all times within the system, including regular asset audits.
* Support sales team with all required customer reporting.
* Continual review of processes to enable continual improvement and automation, where possible.
* Good technical understanding gained quickly to address customer queries.


What qualifications & experience do I need?

* At least 2-3 years prior customer service experience with a customer‑first approach.
* Strong ERP systems experience; Netsuite experience is a bonus.
* Must be highly organised, have strong attention to detail, able to pick up new skills and systems quickly, and have a technical mindset.
* Exceptional customer service standards.
* Strong relationship skills, understanding the importance of relationships in delivering great results.
* Adapts well to change, finding creative solutions to problem and a continuous improvement mindset to get processes and systems working for us.
