RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries from customers Management of email inbox from both customers residential and commercial Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Responding promptly to customer inquiries Entering data - Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer's forms/applications/requests, and filing documents Order processing for customers Providing technical assistance for warranties when required YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong administrative skills Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Capacity to handle challenging situations in a professional manner Experience working within fast paced environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
