Supported by a strong referral pipeline from our local real estate and rural teams, you will be the first point of contact for customers - delivering tailored lending solutions to a variety of clients through their home loan journey.

* Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
* Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions

* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
About You
To succeed at Elders, you have:
* Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
* Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
* Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
* Accreditation with a recognised industry body
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
