THE ROLE We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s family business. This role is responsible for processing orders and invoicing, coordinating transport bookings, and ensuring goods are dispatched accurately and on time while providing support to both internal and external customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process of purchase orders into relevant system/s along with booking of necessary transport Presenting information to solve customer inquiries regarding their purchase orders inclusive of out-of-stock products, pricing and substitute products available. Communicate with customers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delivery issues or delays. Ensure all orders are booked into relevant transport portal with correct paperwork to ensure customer DOT requirements Guarantee all orders are available for picking and processing with both ERP and WMS systems Accurate processing of orders in timely manner with relevant documentation Communication with internal and external customers Pallet control – address any shortages and errors and ensure supply of pallets Adhere to all OH&S regulations THE ESSENTIALS Accurate input of order with less than 1% errors Precise invoicing of orders with less than 1% errors with accurate paperwork or email requirements Clear and defined communication with customers both internal and external Ability to communicate well and remain calm under pressure A polite, friendly and skillful manner when handling complains or enquires Experience in a customer service focused environment Excellent verbal communication skills Problem solving skills and attention to detail THE APPLICATION If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please send your updated resume to Katherine.d@labourconnect.com.au, or apply below with the link!
