Due to a loyal client base, and continuous growth, we are looking for a driven senior recruitment consultant to join the business.
About the role
Based out of our Sydney office we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the business working within the M&E sectors. The role will be focused on connecting talent with industry-leading companies. As a business, we pride ourselves on repeat business and long-term relationships, which is key to a successful desk and business.
This opportunity will see you work directly with the Directors within the business to further expand on current networks and relationships. There are multiple opportunities for you to run and build your own desk, working within the contracting, Data Centres, Energy, and renewables sectors.
About you:
* Seeking 2 years of recruitment experience working with industry leaders in the construction or engineering sector.
* The drive to continually improve and develop your skillset
* Ability to build and maintain relationships within your industry
* Ability to be client facing
* Forward thinking and motivated
* Good time management
* Written and verbal communication skills
