About Your Role
* Promote and adhere to health, safety, environmental and community policies and procedures
* Lead our participatory ergonomics program—conducting ergonomic assessments, identifying effective controls, and documenting outcomes
* Support occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of job demands analyses
* Deliver engaging presentations to employees across the site

Requirements
* A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* A current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant regulatory body
