Role Description
This is a hybrid, contract role commencing mid-February 2026, based in Mandurah, WA, with flexibility for remote work (other office locations are available). The Counsellor will provide professional counselling or psychology services to clients, addressing a range of emotional and relational challenges. Collaboration with colleagues, participating in supervision sessions, and contributing to group programs or workshops may also be requested. Due to the contract nature of the role, a growing client base and subsequent working hours are expected and envisaged.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field; additional certifications are an advantage.
Will require an ABN, membership with a relevant professional body and Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counselling or psychological support is required.
Applicants must have Australian permanent residency or equivalent work rights to be eligible for this position.
