As the Floor Manager, you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also create an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated team by your side, you'll lead in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team, you'll craft a shopping journey that's genuine, personalized, and always welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:

Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and enhancing the store experience.
Analyzing sales data and collaborating with the store manager to maximize departmental sales performance.
Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent service standards.
Supporting recruitment processes and ensuring proper induction and training for new staff.
Assisting the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing plans for their growth.
Overseeing store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Serving as a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.
Stepping into the Store Manager role in their absence.

Knowledge

Previous retail or customer-facing experience.

Experience in driving sales through team leadership.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week.
