Brisbane South PHN is one of 31 regional Primary Health Networks (PHNs) established nationally by the Australian Government to help deliver an efficient and effective primary health care system for the people of Australia.

We work with health professionals and communities to understand our region’s health and wellbeing needs, and commission services that respond to those needs. By investing in person-centred, place-based models of care, we deliver results for the people and communities in our region and support broader health system reform.

About the role

Brisbane South PHN has an exciting opportunity to become part of our Corporate Services team. This role will provide senior administrative support for executive members and the Corporate Services area ensuring that timeliness and quality of communications and outputs, both internal and external to Brisbane South PHN, are of a very high standard.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will bring the following:

Essential

* Extensive experience within an executive level administration role
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including high levels of confidentiality and discretion
* Well-developed capability to develop and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external
* Demonstrated solution-focused problem-solving skills within the scope of the role and ability to escalate matters as appropriate
* Proven capacity to work autonomously and independently within the scope of the role
* Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite
* Current driver’s licence
* National Police Check

Desirable

* Tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field
