HSEQ Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing HSEQ activities across our dangerous goods contracts, supporting operational teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant systems, legislation, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
* Mentor and coach operations teams on risk management, incident reporting, and hazard identification.
* Foster a culture of accountability through effective communication and engagement.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procedures and safe work practices.
* Implement and maintain the HSEQ Risk Register and support operational reviews.
* Lead incident investigations and prepare relevant reports.
* Ensure accuracy and quality of data entry into Myosh.
* Support emergency preparedness and response efforts.
* Provide expert advice on HSE matters to operations teams and stakeholders.
