**The role**:
The accounts/finance team officer works closely across different business functions within the group. One of the key roles of the accounts/finance team is preparing financial reports to a wide range of stakeholders. This role provides great career exposure and advancement opportunity.

You will be guided and supported by our client's excellent leadership team and equipped with industry-leading software, skills, and tools.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis reports
- Assist in preparing wide range of management accounting reports and financial control
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations for all company accounts to ensure all records are accurate and up to date
- Maintain high standard trust accounts management and assist in the annual trust account audit
- Assist in annual budget preparation
- Project Settlements' Account Related Matters
- Bachelor of Accounting degree is essential,
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Xero and Excel,
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill being able to identify issues and contributing/providing effective solutions and to generate wide range of financial management reports,
- Great communication skill and able to clearly articulate thoughts, ideas and matters,
- Can work effectively and efficiently, and be able to adapt fast moving/changing working environment,
- Minimum 1 year bookkeeping work experience,
- Desire to play a pivotal role in a high-performing accounts/finance team
- A good team player willing to support and contribute to the other teams
- Can demonstrate high competent skill of Microsoft Office365 and other industrial CRM software,
- Good work ethics, supportive and able to work professionally and ethically in accordance with industry requirements, company values and standards.
