We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead sales growth across the mining and metals sector in Australia. This role focuses on developing strategic accounts, driving new business, and managing enterprise-level relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining companies.
The ideal candidate brings strong industry networks, consultative selling expertise, and a proven track record in B2B enterprise solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across mining and resources companies in Australia
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (maintenance, reliability, digital transformation, procurement)
* Deliver consultative sales presentations, product demos, and ROI-driven proposals
* Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Provide market insights to support product strategy and go-to-market initiatives
* Create and execute demand-generation activities such as workshops and presentations
Qualifications & Experience
* 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in mining, industrial automation, digital solutions, or condition monitoring
* Proven success in managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts
* Strong network within Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining and metals companies
* Experience selling high-value, consultative or solution-based offerings
* Willingness to travel to mine sites as required
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with SaaS or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus
