**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The primary purpose of this role, located in Wetherill Park for a major Mattress manufacturer, is to provide exemplary customer service solutions and ensure the best customer service experiences possible.
The breadth of this role will see you working across all customer service functions, including:
**Incoming service**: Direct customer communication and making arrangements relevant to customer requirements, receiving and actioning telephone calls, scheduling repairs, co-ordinating with internal functions such as Production and Despatch, maintaining response times
**Repairs and Returns**:Ensure compliance with internal Company protocols relating to repair, replacement or other outcomes which foster a positive customer experience
**Administration**: Schedule customer visitation and related activities, maintain relevant customer service records using Excel, Outlook and other methods and generate reports of customer service activities and status
**ABOUT YOU**:
This role covers every Customer Service activity and as a consequence, you will need to have the following skills and/or experience:
- Customer service experience in manufacturing or retail industry
- Well organised, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong rapport / relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels openly and honestly
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Possess strong knowledge in manufacturing equipment, various manufacturing capabilities and other opportunities
- Ability to continually seek to improve customer service levels to all customers
- Ability to drive employees to have a customer focus regardless of key accountability
- Ability to associate all operational tasks with the customer in mind
- Results orientated and highly motivated to succeed and exceed expectation
- Possess very strong ability to multi task and an excellent ability to plan and organise
- Possess a positive attitude approach in all situations facilitating team resolution to problems
- Be able to review problems and resolutions that reflect all elements of operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
