Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy and current SPA registration
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
* Proven experience in working with individuals with disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, families, and carers.
* Strong commitment to dignity, respect, inclusion, and empowerment of participants.
* Skilled in evaluating functional needs and providing advanced clinical advice to peers.
* Experience in supervising assistants/support staff and contributing to quality improvement and research activities is desired
