Job Description
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming customers and engaging in conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will use your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‐person and over the phone – and refer them to our specialised banking teams when necessary. This rewarding role sees your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money each day.
This is a part‐time, branch‐based role of approximately 27 hours per week. Start and finish times vary between 9 am and 4:30 pm, across Tuesdays to Fridays.
What do I need?
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with experience working to targets
* Resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations
* Comfortable working toward sales or referral targets and calling customers over the phone
* Numerical capability with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and the ability to complete financial transactions accurately
* An energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people
* The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
No banking experience required. With a strong, eager personality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, you will receive comprehensive training on our products and services. Our supportive team will provide hands‐on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to flourish in your new role and advance your career.
