About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Business Partner to join a dynamic team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential for extension. This role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) and offers flexibility with start times based on operational needs.
You will play a key role in delivering health and wellbeing initiatives, focusing on injury management, triage, and process coordination rather than treatment. The position involves managing approximately 6 cases at any given time, with occasional travel (up to 6 overnight stays per year, fully reimbursed).
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and execute the Health & Wellbeing strategy.
* Manage injury and illness cases, including mental health, AOD (Alcohol & Other Drugs), fatigue, and musculoskeletal issues.
* Liaise with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case management.
* Provide technical advice and coaching to operational teams on health and wellbeing practices.
* Drive proactive programs to minimise psychological harm and improve fitness for work.
* Support early intervention and return‑to‑work processes for non‑work-related injuries.
About You
* Allied Health qualification (e.g., Nurse, Psychologist, Mental Health Professional, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or similar).
* Strong experience in health and wellbeing, injury management, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
* Comfortable with occasional travel across Western Sydney depots.
