About the Role
Melville Mazda is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand our fleet sales division.
As Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key fleet accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the fleet sales business, targeting corporate, government, and large volume buyers.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing fleet clients while prospecting for new opportunities in the fleet market.
Monitor, analyse, and leverage fleet sales data to identify market trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive, customer-centric sales culture with a focus on meeting the specific needs of fleet buyers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive fleet lead generation and brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies as it relates to fleet sales.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally with a focus on fleet sales in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of motivating a team to exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and government clients.
Deep knowledge of fleet sales processes, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Proficient in data analysis and the use of sales metrics to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with the fleet vehicle market, trends, and customer demands.
Passion for delivering exceptional service to fleet clients, understanding their unique requirements.
