About the Role: Step into the essential role of Kitchen Assistant and support our Kitchen Team Leader, Cook, and Site Manager in delivering high-quality catering services. Your role is crucial in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals, enhancing their dining experience, and contributing to our mission of holistic care.
What You'll Do:
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of meals, beverages, and snacks.
* Support meal service and collection from rooms, wings, and dining areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas.
* Ensure proper food labelling, stock rotation, and compliance with Sundale's Food Safety Program.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to achieving budget outcomes.
