Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our AH-64E Apache helicopter program. The Australian Apaches will join the growing global fleet of more than 1280 aircraft operating in 18 countries.
This role is based in Townsville, working alongside the Army customer. As the Project Coordinator, your duties will include general project reporting requirements, meeting coordination, attendance at customer meetings, and arranging events and visitors. You will also be responsible for general office duties, managing access to various systems, supporting the onsite EHS Manager, and coordinating health monitoring tests.
About this role:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Certificate IV in Business Administration (highly desirable).
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be comfortable working autonomously and participating collaboratively across teams. You will be proactive and approachable, with a strong organizational and planning background.
