Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct laboratory tests on cat litter products at different stages of production.
* Measure clumping ability, absorption rate, dust levels, pH balance, and ammonia adsorption.
* Analyse test data, prepare detailed reports, and elevate deviations to quality teams.
* Maintain accurate records of sampling procedures and test results for compliance and traceability.
* Support new product development by validating new formulations through structured testing.
* Examine and mark output for visible defects and make minor repairs and adjustments to products.
* Compile quality assurance reports and maintain documentation.
* Designate grading of produce and record details of assessments according to classification system.
* Collect and label samples for inspection and prepare samples and carry out prescribed tests.
