We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the daily experiences of our residents by delivering person-centered lifestyle programs that cater to their unique preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement lifestyle care plans in consultation with residents using computer-based systems.
* Collaborate with volunteers to ensure seamless support for our residents.
* Maintain compliance with legislative requirements, WHS Legislation, and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* A minimum qualification of Cert III in Aged Care is essential. Possession of or working towards Cert IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent is desirable.
* A current Motor Vehicle license is necessary.
* A valid Criminal history Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons clearance with NDIS endorsement are mandatory.
